I adopted Philly from Lollypop Farm in Rochester, NY. She was 11 months old; 15 pounds underweight, had sarcoptic mange and didn’t know her name.

 

She flourished with a little TLC. Philly died of cardiomyopathy in July, 2007 at the age of 7. I miss her bubbly, energetic style.
